Tee it up for Wildlife on December 1st
North Kohala, Hawaii 11.7.07 ~ Saturday, December 1st is no-guilt golf day. Play in the Big Island Country Club’s Ten Year Anniversary golf celebration and proceeds from your day of fun will benefit the Hawaii Wildlife Center.

The 18-hole golf event starts with a 9:00 a.m. shotgun. Check-in begins at 7:30 a.m. The format is Four-Man Progressive Low Net. Entry fee is $150 per player. There will be awards, music and a catered luncheon to follow at the Pu‘ulani Ranch Clubhouse. Every player receives a generous gift bag ($125 value). Closest to the pin contests, “greenies” for $20 with minimum cash award of $300, and a Hole-in-One contest sponsored by Big Island Honda round out the day’s fun.
The Hawaii Wildlife Center is grateful of the sponsorship by the Big Island Country Club. The Center, to be built in North Kohala, is dedicated to the care and conservation of Hawaii's threatened wildlife through hands-on treatment, research, training, and cultural & educational programs. Fundraising efforts are underway for the 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation. Continued and ongoing support is needed. For more information or to make a donation, contact Linda Elliott, HWC president, at (808) 889-5180 or contact us.
For golf tournament entry information, contact the Big Island Country Club at 325-5044.
