Native Seabird Early Readers
We are thrilled to be a part of this educational project led by the Kula Naiʻa Foundation. These seabird-centered non-fiction books were designed for an early reader and uses information, data, and photos from the Hawai‘i Wildlife Center as well as others in the conservation field. Each book includes relevant Key Science Concepts and Cross Cutting Concepts to help educators easily incorporate the information into their lesson plans and curriculums.
Bonus: we have created companion activities to accompany the books. These companion materials are free for personal and classroom use.
